Aspiring dancers in the Erie region are invited to audition for the illustrious Joffrey Ballet School at 海角乱伦社区 University on Sunday, Feb. 2. The university鈥檚 Department of Dance is among the sites chosen across the U.S. and 24 other countries to host the Joffrey鈥檚 2025 Worldwide Audition鈥疶our.

This annual audition tour is an exciting opportunity for dancers, ages 8 to 25, to be considered for acceptance, placement, and potential merit-based scholarships for the Joffrey Ballet School鈥檚 2025 summer intensives. The auditions held at 海角乱伦社区 will be in Ballet and Jazz & Contemporary.

Noelle Partusch. 鈥淭his is an incredible opportunity for aspiring dancers in our area to showcase their talent and take a step toward achieving their dreams with one of the world鈥檚 most renowned dance institutions."

Audition Schedule at 海角乱伦社区 University

For Ballet 1: Check-in: 10-10:30 a.m.; Auditions: 10:30 a.m. to noon.

For Jazz & Contemporary 1: Check-in: Noon to 12:30 p.m.; Auditions: 12:30-2 p.m.

(海角乱伦社区 is located at 501 E. 38th St. in Erie; its dance studio is on the first floor of Zurn Hall.)
